Returns

We want you to feel confident reviewing your stone. The policy below applies to eligible loose-diamond purchases. Specific written terms provided for a custom project control if they differ from this general policy.

Loose-diamond returns

Eligible loose-diamond purchases may be returned within 30 calendar days after delivery when the diamond is unused, unmounted, unaltered, and returned in its original condition with the accompanying documentation and packaging.

Return fee

A $40 return fee is deducted from the refund for an approved eligible return. The customer is responsible for return shipping unless River Stone Diamonds confirms a different arrangement in writing. Return authorization is required before sending anything back. Secure return instructions and the return address are provided after the request is reviewed.

Inspection and refunds

River Stone Diamonds reviews the returned item after delivery. Once the condition is confirmed, the approved refund is issued to the original payment method. A stone that has been mounted, altered, damaged, or otherwise changed may not qualify for a return.

Custom jewelry and special orders

Custom jewelry, engraving, altered stones, and project-specific work follow the written terms provided before the order becomes binding. Custom work may include design approvals, deposits, production lead times, and separate cancellation or return terms. Once production begins, custom work may not be returnable.

Contact concierge@riverstonediamonds.com with your order details before shipping an item back. Do not send a return without written authorization and the provided instructions.
