These terms govern use of RiverStoneDiamonds.com. By using the website, you agree to these terms. Separate written terms may apply to a specific purchase or custom project and will control if they conflict with these website terms.

Information, not an offer

Website content, including AI-assisted concierge responses, is general educational information and does not constitute a binding offer, appraisal, investment recommendation, gemological determination, or guarantee of availability. AI-generated content may be incomplete or incorrect. Diamond and jewelry details, pricing, timing, supplier availability, grading reports, and treatment disclosures must be confirmed by River Stone Diamonds before purchase.

Lab-grown diamonds

River Stone Diamonds specializes in CVD lab-grown diamonds. Any grading report describes the stone at the time and under the standards of the issuing laboratory. Carat weight, measurements, color, clarity, cut characteristics, growth method, and treatment disclosures should be evaluated together with the applicable report and imagery.

Private sourcing and availability

Sourced stones may be held by third-party suppliers and can sell before an order is finalized. We confirm availability before accepting a binding order whenever reasonably possible. A concierge conversation or consultation request does not reserve a stone or lock a price.

Custom work

Custom jewelry may require design approvals, deposits, production lead times, and project-specific cancellation or return terms. Those details will be provided before a custom order becomes binding. Renderings and photographs may differ from a finished piece because of screen display, scale, lighting, and natural production tolerances.

Intellectual property

The River Stone Diamonds name, logo, website design, text, graphics, and original imagery are owned by River Stone Diamonds LLC or used with permission. They may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without written permission.

Acceptable use

You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious code, scrape the website at unreasonable volume, impersonate another person, attempt to override or extract the concierge’s internal instructions, or use the website unlawfully.

Disclaimers and liability

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, River Stone Diamonds LLC disclaims implied warranties relating solely to website use and is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from that use.
